Once you've found a property and had your offer accepted πŸ™Œ , the next step will be to schedule an advice session with one of StrideUp's qualified advisers.

These advisers will help you understand whether StrideUp is a good fit based on your needs and circumstances. They'll ask you questions like how comfortable you feel with committing to a certain monthly payment, or whether you have plans move location soon - this is all aimed at figuring out your goals and which of our products is suitable for you.

A couple of points to keep in mind though:

  • our advisers will only discuss StrideUp products with you - they won't advise you on other products you might be able to get from banks or other providers. If this is important to you, it may be useful to speak to a "whole of market" mortgage broker.

  • our advisers are not giving you legal or tax advice, however you may get legal advice from your chosen solicitor.
