As part of your home buying journey with us, StrideUp will get a valuation for the property you are looking to buy. This will be completed by a qualified surveyor who will check the value and condition of the property to make sure there are no issues that could stop us proceeding. As it’s part of the application process, you will be responsible for covering the cost of this valuation.

It’s important to note that only we receive this basic valuation and it’s only to make sure the property meets our requirements. and you therefore won’t receive a copy. You will have the option to get your own survey either through our panel or through your own selection. This will be a more detailed and thorough assessment of the property and will help you to decide if it’s a good purchase.
