We share these agreements with you when you get an offer and you should read them fully. But in addition you'll have a solicitor working for you (this is the case whenever you buy a property). Your solicitor will give you legal advice on the StrideUp Home Purchase Plan by discussing important terms and conditions with you so you understand the details.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up the payments on your home purchase plan.
