Initially, all payments are scheduled for the 31st of each month via direct debit. In months without a 31st, payments are taken on the final day of the month.
If you wish to change the payment date after your first payment, please contact our customer support team on 03308181226. You have the option to select a new payment date between the 25th and 31st of the month.
