Rapid Refinance is a fast and a more cost-effective way to refinance your home with StrideUp, allowing you to go from offer to completion in just 3 weeks - much quicker than the standard solicitor process!

Who’s Eligible?

To qualify for Rapid Refinance, you must meet the following criteria:

Like-for-like refinance – You’re switching to StrideUp without increasing you finance amount.
🏡 Freehold property – The property must not be leasehold.
No complex legal restrictions – There should be no onerous covenants or restrictions.
👥 Same applicants – No changes to the names on the finance agreement.
🏠 Residential property – The refinance must be for a residential home.

How Much Does It Cost?

The total cost for Rapid Refinance is £1,380, covering fees for both StrideUp’s solicitor and your own. However, StrideUp contributes £250, reducing your final cost to £1,130.

🔹 Additional costs may apply for disbursements such as Land Registry fees, bank transfers, and indemnities.
🔹 More complex cases—such as leasehold properties or dealings with management companies may involve extra fees.
