We have some minimum income requirements. These are based on your total income, so in addition to your main earnings, you can include things like benefits / credits and any secondary income sources. The minimum levels are as follows:

  • If you're applying on your own: you’ll need a minimum income of £30,000 per annum.

  • If you're applying with someone else: if either one of the applicants earns at least £30,000, then the minimum requirements are met. However, if neither earns £30,000 individually, but you earn at least £50,000 jointly, then that also meets our requirements.

The requirements for self-employed applicants are slightly different - please see further details here.
