Yes - prior to giving you advice we will complete a soft search which will not affect your credit score and will not leave a footprint on your credit file, meaning that no one apart from you will be able to see it.
If you then proceed with a full application for a Home Purchase Plan, we will complete a hard search (also known as a credit application) and this will be seen by other potential credit providers (and may affect your credit score).
